NOTICE TO HOLD REGIONAL MEETINGS IN PREPARATION FOR THE 12TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with paragraph 5(a) of Delegates Annual General Meeting Policy, 2024 of Usalama Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Ltd, the Board Chairman wishes to notify all esteemed members of Usalama Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Ltd that there shall be regional meetings across the country to inter alia elect delegates who shall attend the 12th Annual General Meeting.
The meetings shall be conducted between 23rd February 2024 to 10th March 2024 and details are contained in the Circular issued on 8th February 2024 by the Board Chairman to all members.
The said meetings have been scheduled as follows:

2. Anthems (of Uganda and East Africa)
3. Opening prayer
4. Opening remarks by the hosting RISO (Chairman Usalama SACCO for headquarter stations)
5. Presentation of status report by Usalama SACCO official
6. Election of delegates presided over by a commercial officer
7. Declaration of results from item 6 above
8. Closing remarks by SACCO official.
